RETURN POLICY
You are covered by our 15 Day Guarantee.

  1. You may return orders which are in original packaging and unopened within 15 days of receiving the item for a full refund
  2. Simply email us with your order number & reason for return
  3. Once confirmed, buyer keeps the item & receives in-store credit OR pays return shipping fee for a refund on the item price less a handling fee (15% of item price).

All returns must be authorized via email. We reserve the right to reject returns outside the terms listed above.

 

INCORRECT, FAULTY, NOT AS ADVERTISED OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
A replacement will be sent provided the request is made within 3 days of the date of arrival (DOA).

  1. Simply send us a photo or video demonstrating the faulty item
  2. Our team will verify your submission and send you a replacement
  3. A refund will only be available if the item is out of stock
    -   In some cases we will offer in-store credit for a future purchase

  2. Once verified, a replacement will be sent out free of charge

 

IF YOU AREN'T SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE:
You may be eligible for a return. Buyer pays return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee; or keep the product & receive partial refund.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation should be sent within 24 hours upon placing the order.

  1. Email us with your order number & reason for cancellation
  2. Requests made beyond 24 hours is subject to our discretion based on whether the item has shipped or not

 

WARRANTY:
Limited to a replacement. Does not apply to damage as a result of misuse, or improper care by the buyer.
