How much is shipping?

FREE Shipping on orders over $75.
Shipping & Handling is a flat $5.95.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Arrival times vary by location and by product. Our typical delivery times are below:
USA: 1-3 weeksCanada:2-4 weeks
Europe: 1-4 weeks| UK:1-3 weeks | Australia:2-3 weeks
Other International: 2-6 weeks depending on location

Shipping and delivery may take short or longer from time to time depending on the speed of customs at the time of arrival.

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we provide you the tracking number provided by our global suppliers. We update the tracking number once our system updates. Please note that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

We ensure our customers are covered with a 30-Day Guarantee so there is absolutely Zero risk grabbing some incredibly nice stuff.

You may return orders which are in original packaging and unopened within 15 days after receiving the item for a full refund. However, this will depend on the requirements associated with each product purchased.

Returns are easy, simply email us with your order number & reason for return and we’ll have you taken care of!


You are entitled for a Replacement, provided the request is made within 3 days upon DOA (Date of Arrival). Please provide a photograph clearly showing the problem or a video that would show the item not working.  As soon as our Quality team is able to check and approve it, Nice Stuff Co. will ship a new item at the earliest date possible.

A refund will only be possible if the order being returned is out of stock. In some cases we will offer In-Store Credit that you can use on your next purchase.

Please note that when returning the order, the buyer pays the return shipping fee; or keep the product & receive a replacement or receive a refund in a form of store credit less shipping costs.

If you aren’t SATISFIED with your Purchase:

You may still be eligible for a return depending on the case and the product policies. We reserve all rights to charge a handling fee on all items for NON-Quality issues.

If an Order is Missing:

Contact us if you feel that the order has been lost in transit. Our team will conduct the necessary investigation. Once confirmed it has been misplaced or lost in transit, a new shipment will be sent out at the earliest possible date.

Please note that ALL RETURNS must be authorized by Nice Stuff Co. via email.

Nice Stuff Co. has every right to reject returns at our discretion. Returns will not be accepted when:

  • Beyond 30 days guarantee (if purchased via our website)
  • Unable to report within 3 days upon DOA 


Any cancellation should be sent within 24 hours upon the order being placed. You can simply email us with the order number and the reason for the request.

Any request beyond 24 hours will be determined and authorized by Nice Stuff Co.  In some cases a refund will be offered but a restocking fee will apply. 


  • An order‘s warranty is limited to a replacement, a refund is subject to Nice Stuff Co. discretion.
  • Warranty does not apply to damage as a result of misuse of any form or improper care by Buyer.
  • If refund is determined by Nice Stuff Co., shipping cost will be deducted on the total amount.
  • We offer a 30 day guarantee for our customers as detailed on our website.
